Here’s a performance of “Making All Things New” from my home studio in Nashville. The duct-taped guitar is the one I used in the official release. I bought it at a Denver pawn shop for ten dollars. I wish I could remember the actual date, because I would put it on the calendar and celebrate it every year. That’s how much I love that guitar.
Also, I wish I could tell you why this song has been streamed on Spotify over 50 million times, but I don’t know the answer. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t tried to write another song like it or figure out what made it successful. It’s paid for a lot of diapers. Not for me (the diapers). My kids. I suppose that goes without saying. Anyway, I digress.
I hope you enjoy.
Love,
Aaron
