Hi folks, as always, the 3 on Thursday newsletter will be in your inbox this coming Thursday. Today I wanted to quick share the below news.

This week is Patron Appreciation Week. I’m showing my gratitude in three ways (more on that in a second). Thank you to those of you who have signed up. It’s a vote of confidence that you find my work meaningful in your lives. By becoming a patron, you are directly supporting independent music and helping me to release new songs into the world.

First, real quick, for those who are not yet patrons but are interested, tiers start at just $3/month. That’s 75 cents a week. We have a diverse group of patrons ranging from a 16-year-old music enthusiast in Montana to a playlist maker in Germany, a sports analyst in Minnesota, my mom and dad, my in-laws, and everyone in between. Patrons include those who have attended concerts and those who I’ve only met online. Down-to-earth folks from all walks of life. If my music has been meaningful in your life and you’d like to join us, come on in, the water is fine!

Ok, now. Three ways I’m showing my patrons some extra love:

  1. The first thing is daily giveaways: t-shirts, paintings, signed vinyl & CDs, mugs. Sign up to be entered into the drawings for these daily prizes.
  2. The second thing is that I’ll be adding another bonus song to the patron-only secret songs playlist. So be on the lookout for that later this week. The secret songs playlist contains over 20 unreleased tracks, including a covers album, a children’s album, and a live campfire performance where a dog sang along with me.
  3. And the third and final thing will be my first-ever livestream. I’ll be playing a couple of songs from my studio and answering questions that you can submit ahead of time or ask me via live zoom. The livestream will take place on next Sunday, April 16 from 7-8pm (CST). Please note that this will be a patron-only event, so make sure you sign up.
